Automatic Transport and Dust Sieving Systems
DESCRIPTION
The transport and powder sieving is a powder recycling system with a vibrating sieve associated to an automatic powder distribution reservoir.
The powder recovered from the cyclone is automatically transported to the vibrating sieve and it falls due to gravity to a reservoir with a porous polyethylene base. This porous plaque will ensure the fluidization of the powder and a homogeneous mixture of the new and the recovered powder.
The reservoir, with its suction dippers (Venturi system), will in turn transport the fluidized powder in the reservoir to the powder application guns.
