This optimization of the use of fuel is translated into a global average fuel saving of 30% per application.

The combination of the wide range of modulation and automatic PID temperature control allows for a great functioning of the system, leading to an excellent precision of temperature and important savings in gas energetic consumption, since the burner only consumes the needed gas, adjusting to the real power necessities. This enables the burner to work at its minimum power when heat contribution is no longer needed to the application.

As a consequence, and regarding the mentioned machinery, we can conclude that using the Direct Burning technology and the THERMAIR and VAC Eclipse Modulating Burners produces immediate savings in the cost of fuel, a reduction in the emissions, and considerable improvements in the production, exploration and maintenance conditions of the machinery under consideration
